Two charged in last year's Brotherhood Bridge fatal accident
Two people have been indicted in the August 31, 2005, traffic accident on Brotherhood Bridge that resulted in the death of Jody Watson.

A van operated by 23 year old David B. Alex, collided with Watson's car head on. The passenger in the van was 19 year old Stephanie Smathers.

Police say the van crossed the center line and veered into the path of the car driven by the 25 year old Watson.

Its alleged a fight between the couple in the van caused the driver to lose control of the vehicle.

Both are facing manslaughter charges.
